IMPORTANT UPDATE : System Upgrade and Change

It has been my joy and pleasure to journey with you the past few months. I believe you are among a unique group of people who are being positioned for global leadership in some way. Whether small or large, your partnership empowers me to touch the world . . . and for that, I want to say thank you.
Our technology department is diligently working to upgrade our systems and unify our partner interactions both online and offline. We are working to merge all data into a new and more efficient system before the end of this year. Please note the following:
- NEW UNIVERSAL ACCESS: We are merging our online stores and our "giving portal" (cindytrimm.com, trimminternational.com, and giving.trimminternational.com) to enhance the user experience and serve you better. With one Universal User ID and Password, you will be able to place orders, give, create and maintain pledges, and register for events.
- ENHANCED CUSTOMER SERVICE: Now our 24/7 Partner Service Center (866-444-7258) will have all the information about your orders, giving, and faith promises. They will be able to assist you better.
So we ask you to do the following to help us to make this transition easier:
- CREATE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT: Please click here to create your account on our new system.
- RECURRING PLEDGE: If you currently have a recurring (auto-deduct) pledge, please click here to set up your pledge in our new system. Be sure to start your pledge from September 2011. Our current system will process the old pledge payment until August 31, 2011.
- SHOP ONLINE: Please take a moment to look around and get familiar with our new online shopping portal.
- WE ARE HERE TO HELP: If you have any questions or need assistance, please make yourrequest here. We will respond within 3-4 hours during normal business hours.
